RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1973-74
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that THE TERRA LINDA ANNEXATION, tax
rate area 8-026, 8-027 and 8-029, formerly known as Terra Linda Community
Services District (which includes the former Terra Linda Recreation - Park
District) will not be assessed for payment of debt service on the general
obligation Sewer Bonds in the sum of $ .05. Accordingly, the tax rate
for this tax rate area is hereby fixed as follows for each $100.00

I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday, the 20th day of August, 1973, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
