RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDED ENGINEER'S
ESTIMATE OF COST, BAHIA DE RAFAEL INDUSTRIAL PARK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, at the time of the filing of the Amended Engineer's
Estimate of Cost for Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, certain
estimated costs of providing underground electrical and telephone
facilities were included in said estimate; and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto, changes have been made in
the estimated costs of said facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, as follows:
1. That a Second Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost
has been prepared and filed by the Engineer of Work for said project.
2. That said Second Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost
is hereby approved and adopted as the basis upon which all payments
will be made in said proceedings;
3. That the Engineer of Work is hereby authorized and
directed to attach a copy of the Second Amended Engineer's Estimate
of Cost to the Amended Engineer's Report on file in said proceedings.
4. That all payments to be made in said proceedings shall
be made in accordance with the costs set forth in the Second Amended
Engineer's Estimate of Cost.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 17th day
of September, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
