RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, a map showing the pro-
posed boundaries of Rafael Racquet Club Estates Utility Undergrounding
Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the map entitled,
"Proposed Boundaries of Rafael Racquet Club Estates Utility Under -
grounding Assessment District, City of San Rafael, County of Marin,
State of California," is hereby approved.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
