RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.4467 FIXING
THE COMPENSATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT
AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 4467, Sections 1.1 and 1.5,
be amended to include the following positions:

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the
compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full force and effect
as of the 18th day of September, 1973.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 17th day of
September, 1973, by the following vote, to -wit:
