RESOLUTION EXTENDING T114E FOR TUE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
SCHFfllll F .A, MAJOR DRATNAGF FACT TTIFS
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and RACIETC-EXCAUATTORS , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of OCTOBER , 19,Z3
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a I,agular meetino of the Council of said City
