RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1

provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and GHILOTTI BROS., INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
90th day o1 OCTOBER , 19 73
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Rpqijlar meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY the ] 7th day of SEPTEMBER
19 -Z3_ by the following vote, to -wit:
