RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING, RAFAEL RACQUET CLUB
ESTATES UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the hearing on the public convenience
and necessity for determining public convenience and necessity
in the Rafael Racquet Club Estates Utility Undergrounding Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, be, and it
is hereby, continued to the 5th day of November, 1973, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
15th day of October, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
