RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
FOR
CHARLES L. LINTHICUM
WHEREAS, after nine years and seven months of service as
Senior Planner for the City of San Rafael,
CHARLES L. LINTHICUM has submitted his resigna-
tion to accept a professional position with a
neighboring city; and
WHEREAS, it should be recognized that while serving as a
member of the Planning Department staff, this
dedicated and conscientious employee has made a
significant contribution to the over-all planning
and development of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Rafael
expresses genuine appreciation to "Chuck" Linthi-
cum for a job well done and extends best wishes
for every success in his new endeavor.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the Council of said City held on Monday
the 15th day of October, 1973 by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMAN Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mulryan.
