RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM°LETION OF CONTP%ACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, -that the time within which the construction of
BAHIA DE RAFAEL INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and SILVA'S PIPELINE, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
7th day of FEBRUARY , 1914
1, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meetino of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY
, the 15th day of OCTOBER
1; 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Mulryan.
