RESOLUTION EY,TENDINC TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, -that the time within which the construction of
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 9412 AND 13 - 73.318
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and L. H. LEONARDI ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO. as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
28th day of `_NOVEMBER , lcj 73 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on _ MONDAY , the 15th day of OCTOBER
1; 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Mulryan.
