RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL APPOINTING MARION A. GRADY DEPUTY
CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer who is authorized to sign said
checks, drafts and warrants is on certain occasions not available
and it is desirable to have someone authorized to sign in his place
and stead.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That MARION A. GRADY is hereby appointed Deputy City
Treasurer of the City of San Rafaelaand authorized as a signatory
on all bank accounts for the purpose of signing any checks, drafts
or warrants and that her surety bond shall be increased to the same
amount as posted by the City Treasurer.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regular-
ly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Coun-
cil of said City held on the l5th day of October, 1973, by the follow-
ing vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mulryan

on all checks, drafts and warrants of the City of San Rafael and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer who is authorized to sign said
checks, drafts and warrants is on certain occasions not available
and it is desirable to have someone authorized to sign in his place
and stead.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That MARION A. GRADY is hereby appointed Deputy City
Treasurer of the City of San Rafael and authorized as a
signatory on all bank accounts for the purpose of signing
any checks, drafts or warrants and that her surety bond
shall be increased to the same amount as posted by the
City Treasurer.
