RESOLUTION EXTENDINGTIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
SCHEDIII F A, MAJOR -DRAINAGE FACILITIES
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and PACIFIC EXCAVTORS as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
3RD day of DECEMBER 1973
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY , the 5th day of NOVFMRFR
IS 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
