RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CLERK TO SIGN NOTE, DEED OF TRUST
AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE PURCHASE OF
THE CARDELLINI P'R'OPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael authorized
the purchase of the Cardellini property on B Street in the City of
San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, all papers have been prepared by the Marin Title
Guaranty Company and forwarded to the City for signature.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of San Rafael are authorized to sign the note, deed
of trust and escrow instructions relative to the purchase of the
Cardellini property.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the Citv of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
said City held on the 5th day of November, 1973, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Mayor Bettini, Mulryan, Miskimen,
Nixon and Jensen.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: None.
