RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ACCEPTING"REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has negotiated for and ac-
quired certain real property, commonly known as the Cardellini
property, located in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin,
State of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit
A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, a deed has been executed by the owners thereof naming
the City of San Rafael as Grantor thereof.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby accepts said deed on behalf of said City.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City

DESCRIPTION:
All the lend situated in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State
of California, described as follows:
BEGINNIi;G at a point on the Ecisterly-line of "B" Street as surveved by
A. D. Easkoot in 18581, said point being the Southwest corner of the
San P,afael and San Quentin Railroad Depot lot; thence Easterly and
along; the South line of said depot lot, 300 feet to the ITesterly line
of "A" Street, if e:`Lended; thence Southerly at right angles to said
depot lot and along said [Jest line 'of "A" Street, 115 feet; thence at
right an -les Westerly, 300 feet to said Fasterly line of "B" Street;
thence at right angles Northerly and along said Easterly line of "B"
Street, 115 feet to the point of beginning.
