RESOLUTION NO. 4617
RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION
OF VILLA REAL UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, COUNTY OF MARIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of July, 1971, the Engineer of
Work filed certain documents with the City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, Marin County, California, in connection with Villa Real
Utility Undergrounding Assessment District, and the City Council
of the City of San Rafael adopted certain resolutions, including
a Resolution Approving the Boundary Map and the Resolution of
Intention; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the President of
the Villa Real Property Owners Association, Inc. requesting abandon-
ment of the proceedings due to increased costs;

City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the proceedings
for the formation of Villa Real Utility Undergrounding Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, be, and they
are hereby, abandoned at this time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution, to-
gether with Certificate attached hereto setting forth the matters
required by the provisions of Section 3117 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, with the County Recorder of the
County of Marin, State of California.

1. That the attached Resolution Abandoning Proceedings
for the Formation of Villa Real Utility Undergrounding
Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California, was adopted by the City Council of the

of said assessment district was adopted on the 19th
