RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SETTING FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEMOLITION PERMITS.
WHEREAS, Section 11. 36 of the Municipal Code of the City of San
Rafael provides that the City Council shall set the fee for the issuance
of a demolition permit.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fees for the issuance of
a demolition permit shall be twenty dollars (20.00) plus one percent
(1%) of the valuation of the work with a minimum fee of twenty-five
dollars ($25.00). The fees may be waived for work to be performed under
five hundred dollars ($500.00).
This resolution shall become effective on and after January 2, 1974.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
the 3rd day of December 19 73 by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
