RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
SCHEDULE A MAJOR DRAINAGE FACILITIES
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and PACIFIC EXCAVATORS , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
4th day of MARCH , 1974 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Rpgijar meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY , the 3rd day of DECEMBER
1513` by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
