RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 9412 AND 13 - 73.318
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and L. H. LEONARDI ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
21st day of
JANUARY , 174
1, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Reqular meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY , the 3rd day of DECEMBER
19 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
