RESOLUTION N0.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare
require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed, dated
July 5, 1973, signed by Richard Comfort for NULOMOND, INC., for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property, approximately
6.16 acres, described therein, all as more particularly described and set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State
of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on

Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel described in the Deed from
0. H. Harrison, et. ux., to Bay Shore Development Company, recorded October 12,
1906 in Book 102 of Deeds at page 72, Marin County Records; then along the exterior
boundary of said parcel (102 Deeds 72) South 63°02100" East, 109.70 feet, and thence
South 46036100" East, 18.35 feet more or less to the easterly boundary of the
right-of-way described in the Deed from Floyd D. Allensby to Pacific Gas and
Electric Company, recorded November 19, 1959 in Volume 1325 of Official Records at
page 427, Marin County Records, which is the true point of beginning, thence leaving
said exterior boundary, along said easterly boundary (1325 O.R. 427) South 1°00'00"
East, 720 feet more or less; thence leaving said easterly boundary North 89°00100"
East, 739.56 feet more or less to said exterior boundary (102 Deeds 72); thence along
said exterior boundary (102 Deeds 72) the following courses and distances: North
40°43'00" West, 31.49 feet more or less; thence North 47°39'00" West, 432.90 feet;
thence North 50°05100" West, 156,90 feet; thence North 35°421001' West, 200.00 feet;
thence North 55°49100" West, 166.10 feet, and thence North 46°36100" West, 51.05
feet more or less to the true point of beginning.
Containing 6.16 acres more or less.
