RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare
require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed, dated
July 5, 1973, signed by Richard Comfort for NULOMOND, INC., for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property, approximately
6.0 acres, described therein, all as more particularly described and set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State
of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on

County of Marin State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel described in the Deed from
0. H. Harrison, et. ux., to Bay Shore Development Company, recorded October 12, 1906
in Book 102 of Deeds at page 72, Marin County Records; thence along the westerly
boundary of said parcel (102 Deeds 72) South 1°00100" East, 2380 feet more or less to
the most Northerly corner of Lot 44, as shown on the "Map of Villa Real Unit One",
recorded June 2, 1955 in Book 8 of Maps at page 66, Marin County Records; thence
leaving said westerly boundary, along the northerly boundary of said Lot 44 (8 Maps 66)
South 70021100" East, 117.55 feet more or less to the easterly boundary of the right -of
way described in the Deed from Floyd D. Allensby to Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
recorded November 1.9, 1959 in volume 1325 of official records at page 427, Marin County
Records; thence leaving said northerly boundary, along said easterly boundary (1325 0.11
427) North 1°00100" West, 2357 feet more or less to the exterior boundary of said
Bay Shore Development Company parcel (102 Deeds 72); thence leaving said easterly
boundary, along said exterior boundary (102 Deeds 72) North 46036100" West, 18.35 feet
more or less to an angle point therein, and thence North 63°02100" West, 109.70 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing 6.0 acres more or less.
