RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED,.that the time within which the construction of
BAHIA OF RAFAEL INQUiTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT STRICT
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and SILVA'S PIPELINE INC , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and 7t is hereby extended to and including the
1st day of April
19 74
1, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on _JM0N AY , the 4TH_ day of FEBRUARY
l.c,74 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None.
