WHEPEAS , the City of San Rafael has nenot i aced for and acquired
certain property, commonly known as the R.emal, property, located at 602, !i Street,
San Rafael, California, and described as set forth in Exhibit ".A" attached
hereto; and

BEGI,ImING at a point in thn Easterly line of "B" Street, distant 22.9 feet Northerly
along said line from the Southwesterly corner of that certain Parcel of land conveyed
by T. J. "Mahon, to Ellen Hyams, by Deed dated November 8, 1893 and recorded in Book
28 of Deeds, at Page 115, Marin County Records; running thence Easterly at rinht annles
to said line of "B" Street, 61 feet; thence Northerly at right angles 0.80 feet: t!ence
