RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MATTER
OF THE PURCHASE OF THE REMAK PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael authorized
the purchase of the Remak property on B Street in the City of San Rafael,
and
WHEREAS, all papers have been prepared by the First American Title
Company of Marin and forwarded to the City for signature.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of San Rafael are authorized to sign the escrow instructions
relative to the purchase of the Remak property.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
19th day of February, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
