CM Recycling Services 2018; 1st AmendmentFIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CONSERVATION CORPS NORTH BAY, INC. FOR RECYCLING SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Professional Services Agreement by and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL (hereinafter "CITY"), and CONSERVATION CORPS NORTH BAY, INC. (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR"), is made and entered into this day of jWsA 2019. RECITALS WHEREAS, the CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated May 11, 2018 to perform recycling in CITY parks as described in CONTRACTOR's Proposal, dated April 13, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $19,170.00 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Cal Recycle grant that pays for these services is on a new calendar year rather than fiscal year cycle; and WHEREAS, the CITY and CONTRACTOR wish to extend this contract to expend the additional fund balance and engage in a new contract closer to the new Cal Recycle grant cycle; AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 5 of the Agreement, entitled "TERM OF AGREEMENT" is hereby amended to extend the termination date of the Agreement from April 30, 2019 to October 31, 2019. 2. Section 15 of the Agreement, entitled "NOTICES" is hereby amended to replace Kate Harper with Kyle LaRue as the new contact and change his title to Zero Waste Programs Manager. 4. Except as specifically amended herein, all of the other provisions, terms and obligations of the Agreement between the parties shall remain valid and shall be in full force.
