1.INTERVIEWS OF FOUR SEARCH FIRMS FOR CITY MANAGER RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF SEARCH FIRM
(Per) - File 9-3-11 X 9-1
Council interviewed representatives from the following search firms to serve as recruitment
consultant in the search for a new City Manager:
1.Lonnie Hayhurst, L.B. Hayhurst & Associates
2.John Shannon, Shannon, Davis & Associates
3.Richard W. Perry, Hughes, Perry & Associates
4.Robert Murray, Vice-President, David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd.
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to adopt
a Resolution authorizing the signing of an agreement with Hughes, Perry & Associates
as City Manager recruitment consultant.
RESOLUTION NO. 9524 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HUGHES,
PERRY & ASSOCIATES CONCERNING CITY MANAGER RECRUITMENT.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Zappetini
There being no futher business, this portion of the meeting was adjourned at
7:00 PM.
2.OPEN SESSION TO ANNOUNCE CLOSED SESSION ITEM - 7:00 PM - COUNCIL CHAMBER
Mayor Boro announced in Open Session that the City Council would be going into Closed Session
to discuss the following Closed Session item:
