Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember
David J. Zappetini, Councilmember
Absent: Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember

1.INTERVIEW OF APPLICANTS TO FILL ONE FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE FIRE COMMISSION DUE TO EXPIRATION
OF TERM OF KATHLEEN DEVLIN - TERM TO EXPIRE END OF MARCH, 1999 (CC) -

Council interviewed the following applicants to fill the four-year term on the Fire Commission;
term to expire end of March, 1999:
Renwick Breck
Kathleen Devlin
Jack MacPhee
Robert Simon
Mayor Boro announced that W. Gayden White, Jr. had withdrawn his application.
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Zappetini seconded, to reappoint
Kathleen Devlin to fill a 4 year term on the Fire Commission; term to expire end of March,
1999.
Under discussion, Councilmember Phillips requested that Council consider expanding the Fire
Commission to seven members. Request was referred to staff for discussion with Fire
Chief and Fire Commission at a special joint meeting with City Council to be held by
June, 1995.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
