San Rafael City Council Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember
David J. Zappetini, Councilmember
Absent: None

1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS TO FILL FOUR 4-YEAR TERMS ON THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS
COMMISSION, WITH TERMS TO EXPIRE THE END OF APRIL, 1999 (Cult. Affs.) - File 9-2-24
Council interviewed the following applicants to serve on the Cultural Affairs Commission:
George Steven Anderson
Wilma R. Gibbons
Cynthia Pepper
Sandra Sellinger
Jonathan Toste
Erwin L. Williams
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to reappoint Wilma Gibbons
and Erwin Williams to fill two 4-year terms on the Cultural Affairs Commission, with
terms to expire end of April, 1999.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
After discussion, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to appoint
Jonathan Toste and Cynthia Pepper to fill two 4-year terms on the Cultural Affairs
Commission, with terms to expire end of April, 1999.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
