1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS TO FILL TWO 4 -YEAR TERMS ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION,
WITH TERMS TO EXPIRE THE END OF JUNE, 1999 (CC) - File 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants to serve on the Planning Commission:
James Atchison
Jeff Kirchmann
Cyr N. Miller
Gayden White
Maia McGehee was also scheduled as an applicant; however, she cancelled her
interview.
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to reappoint
Cyr Miller to a 4 -year term on the Planning Commission, with term to expire the end of June,
1999.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to appoint
James Atchison to a 4 -year term on the Planning Commission, with term to expire the end
of June, 1999.

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

2.INTERVIEW OF APPLICANT TO FILL ONE 4 -YEAR TERM ON THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, WITH TERM
TO EXPIRE THE END OF JUNE, 1999 (CC) - File 9-2-39 x (SRRA) R-65
Council interviewed the following applicant to serve on the Design Review Board:
Andrea Purdy MacLeod
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to appoint Andrea Purdy MacLeod,
Architect, to fill a 4 -year term on the Design Review Board, with term to expire the
end of June, 1999.

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
