Special Closed Session Meeting: Present: Albert J. Boro, Mayor
San Rafael City Council Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Gary Phillips, Councilmember
Absent: None
Others Present: Suzanne Golt, Acting City Manager
OPEN SESSION - COUNCIL CHAMBER - 6:30 PM
Mayor Boro announced in Open Session that the City Council would be going into Closed
Session to discuss the following Closed Session item:
CLOSED SESSION - CONFERENCE ROOM 201 - 6:30 PM
•Conference with Labor Negotiator, (Government Code Section 54957.6)
Negotiators: Suzanne Golt/Daryl Chandler
The City Council then met in Closed Session in Conference Room 201 to discuss the
above-mentioned item.

RE: CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Boro announced that no reportable action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
