OPEN SESSION - COUNCIL CHAMBER - 5:00 PM
Mayor Boro announced in Open Session that the City Council and the Redevelopment
Agency would be going into Closed Session to discuss the following Closed Session
item:

•Conference with Real Property Negotiator (Government Code Section 54956.8)
Property: 790 Lincoln Avenue, San Rafael
San Rafael Corporation Yard

Negotiating Parties: Jake Ours, City of San Rafael/San Rafael Redevelopment
Agency; Jim Helfrich, Village Properties
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Purchase/Sale
The City Council and the Redevelopment Agency then met in Closed Session in Conference
Room 201 to discuss the above-mentioned item.

Mayor Boro announced that no reportable action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
