Special Meeting: Present: Albert J. Boro, Mayor
San Rafael City Council Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember
Absent: None
Others Present: Jeanne M. Leoncini, City Clerk
1.APPOINTMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW SAN RAFAEL CITY MANAGER - File 9-2-11
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Heller seconded, to appoint Rod Gould as City
Manager for the City of San Rafael.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
Mayor Boro then introduced Mr. Gould to the community, and a reception followed, hosted by
members of the Cultural Affairs Service League.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:25 PM.
