1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE PLANNING
COMMISSION DUE TO EXPIRATION OF TERM OF JOYCE RIFKIND (Term to Expire End of
June, 2000) (CC) - File 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants to fill
Commission:
David Bartleman
Bonne Gaebler
Chris Gonzalez
Jeff Kirchmann
Kevin Warner
Marilyn D. Williams
the vacancy on the Planning
After discussion, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to
appoint Marilyn D. Williams to fill one four-year term on the Planning Commission
to the end of June, 2000.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCIL ERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL ERS: None
Council agreed to consider the other five applicants, without being interviewed
again, to fill a vacant position on the Planning Commission due to Cyr Miller' s
appointment to the City Council, as well as calling for additional applications.
2.INTERVIEW OF APPLICANT AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE DESIGN
REVIEW BOARD (LICENSED ARCHITECT), DUE TO EXPIRATION OF TERM OF ROBERT J.
HUNTSBERRY, ARCHITECT (Term to Expire End of June, 2000) (CC) - File 9-2-39
Council interviewed the following applicant to fill the vacancy on the Design Review
Board:
Robert J. Huntsberry, Architect
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to reappoint Robert
J. Huntsberry, Architect, to a four-year term on the Design Review Board
(Licensed Architect), with term to expire end of June, 2000.
