1.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 1997 and SPECIAL
MEETING OF TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 1997 (AS)
Board Member Phillips moved and Board Member Miller seconded, to approve the minutes
as submitted.
AYES: BOARD MEMBERS: Phillips, Miller & Chairman Boro
NOES: BOARD MEMBERS: None
ABSENT/DISQUALIFIED: BOARD MEMBERS: Cohen & Heller (due to conflict
of interest).
There being no further business to come before the Joint Powers Financing Authority,
the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM.
