1.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 1997

Chairman Boro announced a quorum of Board members did not exist to vote on this
item, as Board Member Miller was absent, and Board Members Cohen and Heller
were unable to vote on approval of the minutes, as they were absent from the
meeting of February 18, 1997.
Chairman Boro announced the meeting would be put over to March 17, 1997.
