CALL TO ORDER STAFF COMMUNICATION Staff provided communications to the Board BOARD COMMUNICATION None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Minutes, December 6, 2011 Bob Huntsberry moved and Stewart Summers seconded to approve Minutes as presented as follows: AYES: Jeff Kent, Chair, Mohit Garg, Bob Huntsberry, and Stewart Summers NOES: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini ABSTAIN: Sergio Federov OLD BUSINESS 2. 1 Wellbrock Heights (Aldersgate Methodist Church) - Request for an amendment to Environmental and Design Review Permit ED04-006 and Use Permit UP04-003 to allow the installation of 9 new AT&T antennas co-located on the existing church building containing 12 previously approved antennas. The project would also include the installation of outdoor equipment cabinets in a fenced 15' x 30' lease space west of the church building, as well as 36 co-axial cable runs; APN: 175-060-96; Single Family Residential (R7.5) District; Aldersgate Methodist Church, owners; James Singleton, NSA Wireless, applicant; File No(s).: ED11-003/UP11-005. Project Planner: Caron Parker Bob Huntsberry moved and Mohit Garg seconded to recommend rejection of the proposal on the basis that the three antennas proposed on the faux stained glass window on the roof of the church were inappropriate and compromised the design of the church. AYES: Jeff Kent, Chair, Sergio Fedorov, Mohit Garg, Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers NOES: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini NEW BUSINESS 3. 207 Chula Vista Drive (Pilgrim Residence) - Request for a Conceptual Design Review to allow the construction of a 4,144-sq. ft. new single family residence and associated site and landscaping improvements on a vacant 23,860-sq. ft. hillside site, with 44% slope; APN: 011-022-10 and 11; Single Family Residential District (R10) Zone; Don Henderson, Applicant; Craig Pilgrim, Owner; Lincoln-San Rafael Hill Neighborhood. Project Planner: Sarjit Dhaliwal No Motion was required due to fact that the project is Conceptual Design Review. 4. Draft Station Area Plan (Downtown Area) - Presentation of the Draft Station Area Plan for the Downtown San Rafael Area. Project Planner: Stephanie Lovette No Motion was required - staff gave its presentation to the Board ADJOURNMENT:
