1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO UNEXPIRED TERMS ON THE
SAN RAFAEL CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REDEVELOPMENT, DUE TO
RESIGNATIONS OF DARYL HIGASHI AND HELEN GREGORY - TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF
JUNE, 1999 (AS) - File R-140 IVB
The Agency Members interviewed the following applicants:
Dirck Brinckerhoff David Korzec
Chris Cartwright Sandra Miller
Kate Colin John Ortega
Edmund J. Coyne Jeff Wood
Bruce Friedman
Applicants Rycke Harman and Kyle Hornstein were unable to attend the interviews.
Applicant Richard Watts indicated when he applied that he would not be able to
be interviewed at this meeting, as he would be out of town.
After discussion, Member Cohen moved and Member Phillips seconded, to appoint
John Ortega to fill one unexpired term to end of June, 1999.

ABSENT: MEMBERS: None
After further discussion, Member Miller moved and Member Heller seconded, to
appoint Kate Colin to fill one unexpired term, to end of June, 1999.
AYES: MEMBERS: Heller, Miller, Phillips & Chairman Boro
NOES: MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: MEMBERS: None
ABSTAINING: MEMBERS: Cohen (due to absence from meeting during Ms. Colin's
interview).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM.
