1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO (2) FOUR-YEAR TERMS ON
THE SAN RAFAEL PLANNING COMMISSION - TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2002

Council interviewed the following applicants to fill two (2) four-year terms on
the
Planning Commission:
Ann Batman Steve Patterson
Per Caroe Bruce Scott
Kyle Hornstein Jim Toth
Jeff Kent Kirk Black
Larry Manning
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Miller seconded,
to reappoint Ann Batman and Bruce Scott to four-year terms on the San
Rafael Planning Commission, terms to expire end of June, 2002.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen (Councilmember Cohen concurred with the
reappointments at the beginning of the regular
City Council meeting at 8:00 PM).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
