AGENCY CONSIDERATION:
2. Resolution Approving Expenditure of $20,000 from the Canal Housing Improvement Program to Assist
BRIDGE in the Purchase of 55 Fairfax Street (RA)
Explanation: See enclosed material.
Recommend adoption of Resolution.
3. Resolution Approving Execution of a $120,000 Grant Agreement with Canal Community Alliance for the
Purchase of 165 Novato Street (RA)
Explanation: See enclosed material.
Recommend adoption of Resolution.
