1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE, FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD DUE TO EXPIRATION OF TERM OF ANDREA PURDY MacLEOD,
ARCHITECT - TERM TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2003 (CC) - File 9-2-39
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Brent Dickens
Andrea Purdy MacLeod
During his interview, applicant Brent Dickens withdrew his application in favor
of Andrea Purdy MacLeod's reappointment.
Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to reappoint Andrea
Purdy MacLeod to fill one four-year term on the Design Review Board, term
to expire end of June, 2003.

PLANNING COMMISSION, DUE TO EXPIRATION OF TERMS OF JAMES ATCHISON AND JEFF
KIRCHMANN - TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE, 2003 (CC) - File 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants:
James Atchison Larry Manning
Wes Mayne Albert Cordova
Jeff Kirchmann Tina Yesson
After discussion, Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Miller
seconded, to reappoint James Atchison and Jeff Kirchmann to fill two four-
year terms on the Planning Commission, terms to expire end of June, 2003.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
