Stephanie Lovette, Senior Development Specialist, stated this unit had been purchased by Marin Housing and
was before the Agency to set the resale price. She suggested a price of $180,000 to keep the unit in line with
others recently sold in that complex. It would require a $25,000 subsidy from the Redevelopment Agency,
which would come from housing funds. Ms. Lovette stated that to keep it at this level would maintain its
affordability throughout the life of the unit.
Member Miller moved and Member Phillips seconded, to adopt the Resolution.
