2. 1 Wellbrock Heights (Aldersgate Methodist Church) – Request for an
amendment to Environmental and Design Review Permit ED04-006 and Use
Permit UP04-003 to allow the installation of 9 new AT&T antennas co-
located on the existing church building containing 12 previously approved
antennas. The project would also include the installation of outdoor
equipment cabinets in a fenced 15’ x 30’ lease space west of the church
building, as well as 36 co-axial cable runs; APN: 175-060-96; Single
Family Residential (R7.5) District; Aldersgate Methodist Church, owners;

Design Review to allow the construction of a 4,144-sq. ft. new single

Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board
beginning its discussion on each item.
Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be
requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-3064 (voice) at
least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in
accessible formats upon request. Public transportation to City Hall is
available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is
available by calling Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To allow
individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity
to attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing
scented products.
