HomeMy WebLinkAboutPW Master Services Agreement; Task Order No. 2.1 Private Land Development ReviewCity of San Rafael MASTER CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 12, 2019 WITH BKF ENGINEERS TASK ORDER NO. 2.1 (Amendment to Task Order No. 2) Civil Discipline Private Land Development Review THIS AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER No. 2 is entered into on 14 20,2P between the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation ("City"), and BkF Engineers, ("Consultant"). RECITALS A. The City and Consultant have entered into a Master Consultant Services Agreement ("Agreement") dated December 12, 2019 under which Consultant has agreed to perform professional Civil services for the City. B. Pursuant to the Agreement, on March 11, 2020, the City and Consultant entered into "Task Order No. 2" under which Consultant agreed to perform Civil services in connection with City's Private Land Development Review Project (the "Project"), as specified in Exhibit 1 and 2 and included in Task Order No. 2. C. City now requires additional private land development review support for the Project, and Consultant is willing to provide such services. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree to amend Task Order No. 2 as follows: AGREEMENT TO AMEND TASK ORDER NO. 2 1. Section 1 of Task Order No. 2, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby amended to include the additional services set forth in Consultant's proposal entitled "Exhibit 2 (San Rafael On -Call Surveying — Plan Check Services)" dated September 3, 2020, attached to this Amendment to Task Order No. 2 as "Attachment 1" and incorporated herein by reference. 2. Section 2 of the Task Order, entitled "Date of completion; Work hours estimate; Cost estimate and budget; Fee schedule" is hereby amended to include the additional services, work hours estimate, cost estimate and budget set forth in Consultant's proposal entitled "Exhibit 2 (San Rafael On -Call Surveying — Plan Check Services)" dated September 3, 2020, attached to this Amendment to Task Order No. 2 as "Attachment 1" and incorporated herein by reference. 3. Except as specifically amended herein, all of the other provisions, terms and obligations of Task Order No. 2 dated March 11, 2020 shall remain valid and shall be in full force. Plan review will generally consist of review of submitted survey documents for application completeness, conformance with City ordinances and technical accuracy. Upon completion of the review, BKF will issue a letter to the City of San Rafael with a summary of the comments and may include "redline" markups of the submitted TASK(S): documents. Services will be provided as requested on a Time and Materials basis in accordance with 2020 standard professional services fee schedule(subject to annual increase). Services will continue until the Task Order budget shown below has been reached at which point services will stop until an additional Task Order or separate contract are authorized in writing. Each plan review will be tracked separately, itemized on a single invoice for this Task Order.
