Fehr & Peers will provide electrical design services to include this infrastructure into the construction documents currently prepared for pedestrian safety improvements in the Our proposed scope of work and fee estimate are described below. Scope of Work Fehr & Peers will prepare a design plan for the installation of a real-time arrival board and associated electrical infrastructure at the Mill/Medway intersection. Our design will include necessary details for the contactor to furnish and install hardware to meet Marin Transit requirements for this system. Our design plan will include construction details necessary to clarify the required hardware and installation details to install the necessary infrastructure. We assume that applicable specifications for proposed equipment will be provided by Marin Transit for inclusion into the construction documents, with minor revisions to match the format of the project specifications. Included in this effort is up to 4 hours for coordination with City of San Rafael and Marin Transit staff to determine appropriate responsibilities for review, approval and inspection of the installation of this equipment. We assume one coordination meeting to clarify the details about the installation of this system. Fee Fehr & Peers will perform the work described above for a time and materials basis in the amount of $3,900 according to attached terms and conditions and the master service agreement between City of San Rafael and NCE.
