Mayor Kate called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. and invited City Clerk Lindsay Lara to call the
roll. All members of the City Council were present.
Mayor Kate invited public comment; however, there was none.
Vice Mayor Bushey left the meeting from 2:30 p.m. to 3:32 p.m.
Recess from 3:35 p.m. to 3:40 p.m.
