San Rafael City Council Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Cyr N. Miller, Councilmember
Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember
Absent: Paul M. Cohen, Vice-Mayor

1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE, FOUR-YEAR
TERM ON THE SAN RAFAEL FIRE COMMISSION, WITH TERM TO EXPIRE END OF
MARCH 2006 (CC) – FILE – 9-2-5
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Stephen Mizroch, M.D.
Jim Weatherhead
After discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Heller seconded, to reappoint
Dr. Stephen Mizroch to fill one, four-year term on the San Rafael Fire Commission, with term
to expire end of March 2006.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
