Special Meeting: Present: Albert J. Boro, Mayor
San Rafael City Council Paul M. Cohen, Vice-Mayor
Barbara Heller, Councilmember
Cyr N. Miller, Councilmember
Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember
Absent: None
Also Present: Jeanne M. Leoncini, City Clerk
Kristie Richardson, Principal Planner
1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO, FOUR-YEAR
TERMS ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION, WITH TERMS TO EXPIRE END OF JUNE,
2006 (CC) – FILE 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants:
David C. Longinotti
Larry Paul
John Rosenberg
Bruce Scott
Natu Tuatagaloa
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to reappoint Bruce Scott to fill a
four-year term on the San Rafael Planning Commission, with term to expire end of June, 2006.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
After discussion, Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to appoint Larry
Paul to fill a four-year term on the San Rafael Planning Commission, with term to expire end of June,
2006.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
