3. ANNUAL MEETING: ELECTION OF VICE -CHAIR FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR
YEAR 2005 (AGENCY MEMBERS) — FILE R-58 x R-140 #8 x (SRCC) 9-1
Vice -Chair Miller placed in nomination the name of Member Barbara Heller to serve as Vice -Chair of the
San Rafael Redevelopment Agency for year 2005. Member Cohen seconded the motion, and the
Agency Members voted unanimously to elect Member Heller as Vice -Chair for the year 2005.

Chairman Boro thanked Vice -Chair Miller and Economic Development Director Nancy Mackle
for calling to inform him recently that all the lights on Fourth Street were on.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
