INTERVIEW OF APPLICANT AND CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE
UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE MARIN/SONOMA MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL
DISTRICT BOARD — TERM TO EXPIRE END OF DECEMBER, 2005 (CC) — FILE 9-2-9
Council interviewed the following applicant:
Lila McCarthy
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to appoint Lila
McCarthy to fill one unexpired term on the Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District Board
— Term to expire end of December, 2005.

Mayor Boro noted he would like the Council to receive periodic reports of the actions of the
Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District Board from the newly appointed member.

TERMS ON THE SAN RAFAEL PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION, WITH TERMS
TO EXPIRE END OF OCTOBER, 2008 (CC) — FILE 9-2-4
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Walter Kriessmann
Mark Lubamersky
Craig K. Murray
After discussion, Councilmember Miller moved and Councilmember Heller seconded, to reappoint
Mark Lubamersky and appoint Walter Kriessmann to fill two, four year terms on the San Rafael Park
and Recreation Commission, with terms to expire end of October, 2008, and to appoint Craig K.
Murray as an alternate.
