City of San Rafael 2021-2022 Contract Extension
Dear Mr. Athwal:
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the above -referenced Agreement for Administrative
Hearing Services between the City of San Rafael and California Hearing Officers, LLP,
the Agreement may be extended for a period of up to one year upon mutual agreement of
the parties. The City of San Rafael would like to extend the term of the contract until
November 30, 2022. If you agree to this extension, please indicate your approval by
signing and dating in the space provided below.
After you have signed below, please return one original of this letter to me.
Thank you for the services of California Hearing Officers, LLP as hearing officers
for the City of San Rafael.
