3. Great American Blues & Barbeque Festival – Saturday, August 19, 2006: -

Economic Development Director Nancy Mackle reported that the event morphed from
Blues and Brews festivals of prior years, was right on target, very successful and very well
attended, and she believed the promoter would return next year.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:09 PM.
